Board of Directors

F. Jack Liebau, Jr. was appointed Chairman of the STRATTEC Security Corporation Board of Directors in January 2024. A seasoned corporate director and investment management professional, Mr. Liebau brings extensive leadership experience to the role. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board for Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) and as a director of the BNY Mellon ETF Trust since its formation. Previously, he has been a director of publicly listed companies including Media General, Herley Industries, and Pep Boys.

Mr. Liebau has held prominent positions in investment management, including serving as a partner and equity portfolio manager at Primecap Management, where he co-managed two Vanguard Funds. He also held leadership roles at Davis Funds and served as President and CEO of Roundwood Asset Management.

Mr. Liebau is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover, and Stanford University. His comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance and financial management has been instrumental in helping drive STRATTEC’s strategic initiatives.

Matteo Anversa serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI), a global provider of software-enabled hardware solutions. Prior to joining Logitech, Mr. Anversa held executive financial roles at prominent companies, including CFO and Treasurer of Gentherm, Inc. (Nasdaq: THRM), a market leader in thermal and pneumatic comfort in the automotive industry, and as CFO of Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE), a manufacturer of polymer-based material handling products and a distributor of tire repair and retread products. He also held executive management positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., including Vice President, Group FP&A Fiat Chrysler and CFO for Ferrari SpA. Mr. Anversa began his career with General Electric Corporation, progressing through leadership roles during his 16-year tenure.

A dual citizen of Italy and the USA, he brings an international perspective and a wealth of expertise in the automotive industry, financial strategy and global operations.

Tina Chang is a dynamic technology leader and entrepreneur. As CEO of SysLogic, she has grown the company over the past 30 years while founding three technology startups, SysSpark, LLC, Cyberspect, LLC and WillBridge, Ltd. Beyond her business ventures, Ms. Chang is a dedicated community advocate and leader, serving on numerous boards including Alverno College, Children’s Wisconsin, Greater Milwaukee Committee, Milwaukee Metropolitan Area Chamber, Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Milwaukee Police Foundation, Teach for America, and the YMCA-Metro Milwaukee.

Under Ms. Chang’s leadership, SysLogic has become a driver of innovation and technical excellence. Her approach to combining technology with actionable business solutions has been a key factor in SysLogic’s sustained success.

Ms. Chang brings a strong background in business, technology and process development in the information technology and cybersecurity areas.

Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr. has led Weyco Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEYS), a leading provider of footwear, as its Chairman and CEO since 2002. His tenure with Weyco includes roles as President and CEO from 1999 to 2002, President and COO from 1996 to 1999, and Vice President from 1988 to 1996. During his leadership, Weyco Group has experienced consistent growth and market innovation.

Mr. Florsheim’s skill set includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial oversight, compensation matters, and organizational development. His career in the consumer goods industry has exposed him to manufacturing, marketing, and engineering solutions on a global scale, equipping him with insights critical for driving business strategy and innovation. These attributes, combined with his extensive business background, bring valuable skills to the Board, enabling strategic guidance and impactful decision-making for STRATTEC.

Bruce Lisman is a private investor and experienced corporate leader, with significant board experience spanning public and private companies. He currently serves on the boards of STRATTEC Security Corporation, Associated Capital (NYSE: AC), Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE), National Life Group, and Bank of Burlington. Previously, he served on boards across industries such as utilities, engineering, and automotive.

Mr. Lisman was the Chairman of JP Morgan's Global Equity Division and held senior roles at Bear Stearns, where he was Head of Global Equities managing $2.3 billion in revenue. A former award-winning research analyst, he also contributed significantly to Vermont’s environmental initiatives by creating programs to restore the state’s tree canopy. Mr. Lisman holds deep expertise in corporate strategy, governance, and market analysis.

Jennifer L. Slater has served as President and CEO of STRATTEC since July 2024. With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Ms. Slater is recognized as a transformative leader with extensive experience in engineering, finance, sales and product strategy.

Previously, she was EVP and General Manager at Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST), overseeing a global business segment with full P&L responsibility of the Performance Sensing Segment. At Clarios, LLC, she led global efforts to address the growing demand for vehicle electrification and autonomy. In this role, she was responsible for the Original Equipment customers and for developing and executing global new product strategies for the entire product life cycle, including Aftermarket. Earlier in her career, she held key positions at Johnson Controls International plc, including Vice President of Finance, Power Solutions.

Ms. Slater earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College. Her achievements include receiving the 2017 STEP Ahead Award from the Manufacturing Institute, which recognizes Women in Manufacturing, and was named to the 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100, which recognizes the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in Wisconsin She has been a board member of Valvoline (NYSE: VVV) since 2022. In January 2025, she joined the MEMA OE Suppliers Board, a vehicle supplier industry association.
