Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr. has led Weyco Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEYS), a leading provider of footwear, as its Chairman and CEO since 2002. His tenure with Weyco includes roles as President and CEO from 1999 to 2002, President and COO from 1996 to 1999, and Vice President from 1988 to 1996. During his leadership, Weyco Group has experienced consistent growth and market innovation.

Mr. Florsheim’s skill set includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial oversight, compensation matters, and organizational development. His career in the consumer goods industry has exposed him to manufacturing, marketing, and engineering solutions on a global scale, equipping him with insights critical for driving business strategy and innovation.
